Abstrakty

Przedstawiono różnice miedzy menedżerami małych, średnich i wielkich firm i ich role w zarządzaniu. Omówiono wpływ różnic kulturowych na zarządzanie. Następnie przedstawiono analizę zarządzania w Europie Zachodniej (zaprezentowano styl francuski i północnoeuropejski) oraz wschodnioeuropejskiego (Polska, Słowacja i Rumunia).

The analysis of culture contexts on international investment strategies is a new but more and more popular topic of the researches. The results of the researches that are given in different parts of the world show that there are some specific forms of English management's model of adaptation that is universal for the others. Usually there are a European management's model and its variations (French, north European, east European), Asian management's model (Japanese, Korean, Chinese), and the African way of management which is still growing. In this text we analyse several aspects of management that are typical for French style, north European and east European. (original abstract)
