Abstrakty
W przedsiębiorczości warunkiem efektywności zarządzania wiedzą jest wypracowanie takich procesów i narzędzi, które pozwolą na sprawne działanie zarówno w sferach wiarygodnych, jak i prawdopodobnych. Autorzy propagują tu rozumowanie kategoriami opcji realnych. Ich zdaniem wpływa to pozytywnie na kształtowanie przez decydentów przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej; moderuje związek pomiędzy organizacyjnym uczeniem się, a przedsiębiorczością organizacyjną; ułatwia także godzenie ze sobą eksploracji z eksploatacją szans.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Elaboration of such processes and instruments which enable efficient operation in both credible and plausible spheres conditions effective knowledge management in entrepreneurship. The authors offer thinking in terms of real options. According to them, it has a positive influence on forming organizational entrepreneurship by decision makers; moderates links between organization learning and organization entrepreneurship; enables reconciling chances exploration with their exploitation.
