Abstrakty

W opracowaniu przedstawiono porównanie rolnictwa polskiego i państw należących do UE ze względu na zasoby siły roboczej. W badaniach, obejmujących okres 1990-1999, zastosowano jedną z metod hierarchicznych analizy skupień. Zaprezentowane wyniki potwierdzają tezę, że zasoby siły roboczej, jakimi dysponowało rolnictwo polskie w badanym okresie odbiegający w dużym stopniu od standardów unijnych. (oryg. streszcz.)

In the paper the comparison with regard to the input of labour of Polish agriculture with the agricultures of EU countries is investigated. The analysis is conducted with the use of the furthest neighbor method on the data from years: 1990, 95, 99. In each year the Polish agriculture is compared with respect to labour. In the period 1990 - 99, Polish agriculture formed only one time common cluster with one member of EU - Greece. But change in configuration of clusters with EU countries was also very small in this period. So we couldn't 't expect a rabbit and intensive change in structure of labour in agriculture after Poland's access to the EU. (original abstract)
