Abstrakty

Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest międzyludzka komunikacja w rozumieniu zarówno komunikowania się, jak i komunikowania. Autor koncentruje się na komunikacji interaktywnej, gdy dwóch lub więcej partnerów przesyła między sobą sygnały, oraz sytuacji, gdy jeden z nich mówi (komunikuje), a pozostali tylko odbierają, co nazywane jest linearnością. Rozpatrywany jest przypadek komunikacji międzyludzkiej, w której jej uczestnicy różnią się od siebie pod względem kulturowym; różnic tych autor poszukuje w odrębnościach kultur narodowych.

The development of research on humanity and its international and intercultural aspects provides an opportunity to review the concept of internationality itself. Since being subject to academic study, international communication has been treated as communicative relations between countries in partnership. The differences dividing nationality and interculturality are nowadays evermore distinct. In this instance, the basic elements of the definition of international communication - the state exerting influence in crossborder exchange - to a lesser and lesser extent meet the criteria of what happens in the process of communication between various cultural actors. A good example of change is the emergence of the concept of citizen diplomacy. In this article, the author shows how internationality is developed through political communication, international communication and intercultural communication. (original abstract)
