Abstrakty

Autor zaprezentował ogólnorównowagowe podejście do zagadnień związanych z efektywnością rynków kapitałowych, które dowodzi, że rynkom tym nie przysługuje cecha efektywności alokacyjnej w sensie Pareta oraz, że nie są one mocno efektywne informacyjnie w rozumieniu Rolla.

This paper presents the general equilibrium approach towards issues related to capital markets effectiveness. It proves that capital markets are not Pareto-optimal and that their information effectiveness is not strong in the sense of Roll. (original abstract)
