Abstrakty
W artykule zwrócono uwagę, że proces organizacyjnego uczenia się może być dogodnym punktem wyjścia przy kształtowaniu problematyki funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa w kryzysie. Podkreślono, że przedsiębiorstwa zarówno zmieniają się dzięki kryzysom, jak i muszą sprawnie nimi zarządzać.
