Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono i porównano dwa różne podejścia do problematyki jakości oprogramowania. Jednym z nich jest budowanie systemu jakości na podstawie norm serii ISO 9000, drugim - udoskonalenie procesu tworzenia oprogramowania za pomocą modelu CMM. Wskazano również na szeroko rozumiane znaczenie pojęcia jakości w obydwóch systemach. (oryginalny abstrakt)

The article presents and compares two different approaches to software quality issue. The first method consists in a construction of quality system on the foundation of ISO 9000 norm series, whilst the second one concerns the enhancement of software creation process with utilisation of CMM model. The wide meaning of the term of quality in both approaches has also been discussed. (original abstract)
