Abstrakty
Planowanie scenariuszowe jest jednym z powszechnie stosowanych narzędzi zarządzania w krajach wysoko rozwiniętych. W artykule omówiono powstanie i rozwój koncepcji scenariuszy. Przybliżono pojęcie scenariuszy i przedstawiono proces ich budowy. Zwrócono uwagę na korzyści i pułapki planowania scenariuszowego.
