Abstrakty

Na wprowadzenie pojęcia obywatelstwa do dyskursu ponadnarodowego złożyły się trzy przyczyny: potrzeba legitymizacji instytucji Unii Europejskiej przez wprowadzenie kategorii obywatelstwa unijnego; konieczność zareagowania na trwały fakt przebywania na terenie państw europejskich bardzo wielu obywateli państw trzecich; przeobrażenia w strukturze suwerenności współczesnych państw i związane z tym powstanie nowych struktur tożsamości i lojalności obywatelskiej. W artykule przedstawiono trzy typy obywatelstwa ponadnarodowego odpowiadającego trzem przyczynom ich powstania.

In this article presented three main reasons why the European citizenship being the order of the day. These reasons are separate and involves many phenomenon. Special attention paid to complexity and ambiguous of the European citizenship concept.(MP)
