Abstrakty

Omówiono infrastrukturę systemową oraz zdefiniowano etapy związane z analizą potrzeb informacyjnych i projektowaniem wdrożenia systemów zintegrowanych klasy MRPII/ERP/ERPII. Przedstawiono podejście procesowe do projektowania wdrożenia Zintegrowanych Systemów Informatycznych (ZSI). Zaprezentowano reguły dynamicznego modelowania procesowego organizacji, korzystając z teorii łańcuch wartości M. Portera. Przedstawiono, oparte na mapach procesowych organizacji, projektowanie architektury biznesowej systemu zintegrowanego klasy MRPII/ERP. Omówiono zorientowane procesowo strategie modelowania procesów biznesowych prowadzących do wzrostu wartości firmy. Wskazano także kierunki i strategie działań restrukturyzacyjnych dla procesów biznesowych z obszaru logistycznego oraz sposoby wykorzystania do tego celu modeli referencyjnych ZSI. Zaprezentowano problemy projektowania procesowego dla nowej klasy systemów integracji internetowej ERPII (e-biznesu), wdrażanych w globalnych przedsiębiorstwach nowej ekonomii.

In this paper system infrastructure and stages of implementation MRPII/ERP/ERPII systems were discussed. Process approach to project of implementation integrated systems was presented. Also strategies of modelling business processes were discussed together with directions and strategies of business process reengineering. (KZ)
