"Celem artykułu będzie przybliżenie koncepcji Balanced Scorecard i Tableau de Bord, a także przedstawienie różnic pomiędzy tymi metodami, które pozwolą określić, w jakim stopniu Tableau de Bord jest alternatywą dla Balanced Scorecard jest alternatywą dla Balanced Scorecard".

Currently, in enterprise management much attention is focused on strategy implementation evaluation systems. The most important tools for measuring the effectiveness of strategy implementation in a strategic controlling system are the Balanced Scorecard, the Tableau de Bord, and the Scandia Navigator. The Balanced Scorecard, which was designed in the United States, has not been well-received in French-speaking countries, where for over 50 years the Tableau de Bord has been used to measure the effectiveness of strategy implementation. The differences between these two approaches have already been discussed in West European periodicals. In this paper, the author presents the concept behind these two methods: the background against which they emerged, the rules of implementation, and a comparison of these strategic controlling methods.
