Współpraca partnerów biznesowych, oparta na zaufaniu i zaangażowaniu, wpływa na zwiększenie efektywności, sprawności działania w ramach łańcucha dostaw. Rozwojowi zaufania sprzyja wiele czynników, m.in. funkcjonująca na rynku opinia o partnerze, płynny przepływ wiarygodnych informacji, specyficzne inwestycje dostawców, niepewność zachowań czy potencjalny oportunizm. Celem artykułu jest analiza istniejących modeli zaufania i identyfikacja zmiennych wpływających na zaufanie oraz zaangażowanie. (abstrakt oryginalny)

High level of trust and a strong commitment among supply chain partners lead to successful supply chain performance. The level of trust is closely related to e.g.: partner's reputation, Information sharing, asset specificity, behavioral uncertainty or potential opportunism. The aim of this article is to discuss existing trust related models and identify the variables influencing trust and commitment. (original abstract)
