Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie nowego czasopisma z dziedziny organizacji i zarządzania, zatytułowanego "Management and Organizational History". Przedstawia on analizę artykułów opublikowanych w trzech pierwszych numerach czasopisma, zawierających rozważania teoretyczno-metodologiczne dotyczące m.in. relacji między procesem kształtowania się nowoczesnej osobowości i nowoczesnych form kontroli społecznej a kształtowaniem się nowoczesnej praktyki zarządzania i organizacji. W artykule podjęto również próbę zbadania, jakie znaczenie dla prac prowadzonych przez polskich naukowców mogą mieć doświadczenia zachodnioeuropejskich i amerykańskich badaczy. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main purpose of this article is to present a new magazine in a field of organization and management, entitled "Management and Organizational History". It shows the analyses of the articles, published in the first three issues of a magazine, which include theoretical and methodological reflections including relations between a process of developing modern personality, a new form of social control and creating a modern practice of organization and management. The article makes an attempt to find how the experiences of West European and American researchers will affect on researches conducted by Polish scientists. (original abstract)
