W opracowaniu podjęto próbę przedstawienia uwarunkowań zachodzących pomiędzy kulturą organizacyjną a strukturą organizacyjną, uznając, że takie powiązania mają wpływ na sprawność procesów zachodzących w organizacji. Przedmiotem analizy jest próba wskazania najważniejszych ustaleń badawczych, jakie w literaturze przedmiotu z zakresu badań kultury organizacyjnej dotyczą zależności kultury i struktury organizacyjnej

In this scientific description author has intended to analyses the relations between the organizational culture of an enterprise and it's organizational structure. Furthermore, author has indicated also the characteristics related distinguishing marks of the appropriate organizational. Moreover, the various tendencies in the process of changes of organizational structures with the emphasis on their cultural and organizational context have been shown in the description.
