Abstrakty

Autorzy artykułu przedstawili metody użyteczne w tworzeniu, doskonaleniu i ocenie efektywności organizacji sieciowych typu zintegrowane łańcuchy dostaw, organizacje wirtualne, zwinne, outsourcing, alianse strategiczne. Opisali modele referencyjne w zakresie zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw SCOR i VCOR, elementy metodyki gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, własną koncepcję metody oceny efektywności struktur sieciowych, programów wspierających transfer rozwiązań innowacyjnych oraz projektów innowacyjnych z obszaru wytwarzania i eksploatacji. The authors describe useful methods in creating, improving and assessing effectiveness of network organizations such as integrated supply chains, virtual and agile organizations, outsourcing, strategic alliances. Reference models for supply chain management (SCOR, VCOR), elements of knowledge-based economy, authors' own effectiveness assessment method of network structures, programs supporting technology transfer, innovative projects in production and exploitation area are presented in the paper, as well.
