Abstrakty
W przedsiębiorstwach usługowych klient jest zarówno konsumentem, jak i współproducentem specyficznego produktu – usługi, a jego uczestnictwo w procesie świadczenia usługi stanowi jej integralną część. W związku z tym traktowanie klientów jako ważnego zasobu przedsiębiorstwa usługowego, i właściwe nim zarządzanie, może znacząco przyczynić się do odniesienia sukcesu na rynku. (abstrakt oryginalny)
For service enterprises a customer is not merely a consumer, but also a co-producer of a specific product of a specific product: services. Customer's participation in the process of service is its integral part. Recognising customers as a significant resource of the service company may remarkably contribute to its market success.
