Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono metodę QFD (Quality Function Deployment, "rozwinięcie funkcji jakości"), która w obecnej postaci charakteryzuje się układem czterech podstawowych macierzy. Zwrócono uwagę na kierunki rozwoju QFD. Ukazano rosnącą złożoność tej metody w świetle jej współczesnych aplikacji.
