Scharakteryzowano analizę kierunków rozwoju sfery regulacji rynku wewnętrznego Unii Europejskiej w aspekcie celów, struktury i założeń Strategii Lizbońskiej. Przedstawił refleksję nad programem reform społeczno-ekonomicznych Unii Europejskiej, podjętą przez pryzmat identyfikacji strategii rozwoju jednolitego rynku europejskiego, koncentrując się na zmianach sfery regulacji wspólnego rynku, które wynikają z ustaleń "Strategii Lizbońskiej".

The article is aimed at analyzing the development trends in the EU's internal market regulations in the light of the goals and assumptions of the Lisbon Strategy. It consists of two parts. Part one presents the idea, concept and fundamental assumptions of a wide scale, serious program of socio-economic reforms of the EU as specified in the Lisbon Strategy. Part two of the article is a selective, synthetic reflection over the development strategy of the harmonised European market, and precisely over those development trends within the sphere of common market regulations which arise from the Lisbon Strategy. They regard four issues: modernization of markets, improvement in the conditions for keeping business activity, issues pertinent to the customer, worker, citizen's rights and the operation of the common market after extension. All trends are subject to analysis and evaluation. (original abstract)
