Omówiono sytuację polskiego rolnictwa w sektorze rolnym Unii Europejskiej, zagadnienie dopłat bezpośrednich, relacji cenowych artykułów rolnych oraz wydatki budżetowe UE i składki członkowskie Polski.

The paper presents the new development conditions of the polish agriculture after the accession to the European Union. The important role for polish agriculture has now the goals and the principles of the Common Agriculture Policy. CAP activity bases on the subsidizing of the membership countries agriculture. The author in the article focuses mainly on overcome of development barriers in agriculture, restructurisation and modernization, rural infrastructure, increase of effectiveness, the mechanism of aid, direct surcharge, stabilization of purchasing price, the intervention price, the price relations, the profitability of agriculture production, the increase of credit credibility, the level of agriculture production support, agrarian and environmental program, increase of production, new modification of cereals, efficiency of raising race, increase of agriculture knowledge level, improve of agriculture competitiveness, sustainable development, structural funds. New countries with Poland entering the Union, as a consequence of its enlargement, certainly introduce new accents to the development of the EU, involving both its priorities and their implementation. The economic situation will stimulate the political integration. At the same time, not only governments, but whole societies will exert the pressure to introduce reforms in those countries that slow down progress. Therefore, the first decades of the XXI century will witness deep transformations in Western Europe. (original abstract)
