Abstrakty

W artykule scharakteryzowano koncepcję organizacji procesowej. Przedstawiono jej cechy charakterystyczne oraz porównanie tradycyjnego i współczesnego modelu zaangażowania pracowników w procesach. Opisano również wyznaczniki niedojrzałości organizacji procesowych i poziomy dojrzałości procesowej przedsiębiorstwa.

Among other aspects, the article presents an attempt to define a process-oriented organisation and its features (including elasticity and self-organising). The authors point to the speed and radicalism of change as the factor, which determines features of a modern approach to process management, as well as the necessary attributes of the organizational system, which will be able to meet the conditions set up by the introduction of process description of activities in the organisation. The authors found, that in business practice, the number of implementations of process-based solutions increases. Implementations are motivated by the will to increase the efficiency of the organisation, or forced upon by the outside requirements defined by norms and standards of ISO. Therefore, process-oriented organisations can be divided with respect to the level of their process-maturity. Authors describe process-maturity by the range, in which processes are formally defined, managed, elastic, measured and effective. (original abstract)
