Abstrakty
Podjęto próbę uchwycenia różnic pomiędzy opisem sukcesu organizacyjnego z perspektywy zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim. Uwypuklono sześć obszarów problemowych.
Aim of this paper was a presenting the differences between two popular conceptions: human capital management and human resources management. The comparison was made on the background of organizational success idea. The conclusion of this study can be attention as a short introduction to a broadly discussion. (original abstract)
