Investor marketing-mix on the stock markets

Abstrakty
Znana koncepcja marketing-mix wymaga adaptacji, by mogła być skutecznie stosowana w odniesieniu do akcji spółek giełdowych.
The aim of this article is to analyze the possibilities of using classical marketing instruments (product, price, distribution and promotion) on the stock markets. On these markets equity is a product offered by a public limited company (seller) to investors (buyers). The importance of investor marketing is growing as, according to the empirical data, the influence of profit and other financial/result ratios on share price is decreasing. The task of the investor marketing is to increase and maintain the share price at the highest level possible in the whole period of equity life. Also recruiting new shareholders and maintaining loyalty of current ones is an important objective. (original abstract)
