Abstrakty

W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienie zapewnienia współoperatywności, w szczególności w aspekcie usług elektronicznej administracji. Przedstawiono przykładowe rozwiązanie problemu, stworzone w ramach projektu europejskiego USE-ME.GOV, mające na celu podkreślenie roli usług elektronicznych w działaniach lokalnych samorządów. Zademonstrowano również usługę "Twoje zdrowie", która umożliwia obywatelom kontakt z wybraną przychodnią czy lekarzem.

Technical and organizational conditions cause that local authorities face the situation in which the provision of electronic services is difficult. Miscellaneous information systems built in different technologies do not work together. Furthermore, local authorities with less financial strength cannot even afford any system, despite the fact that in many cases it would be enough to duplicate the solutions developed in other organizations. In order to solve the problem it is crucial to ensure interoperability between information systems. A solution that greatly contributes to this is an open platform for e-government that enables integration and sharing the resources which are necessary for the local authorities so that provision of their services is cost-effective.
