Artykuł dotyczy identyfikacji wpływu czynników, któe działały na tworzenie oferty pracy i poszukiwanie pracy w województwach RCZ (z punktu widzenia nowego podziału terytorialnego) w latach 1994-2000.

The paper is aimed at the identification of the factors influence that modified the development of labor supply and demand in the regions of the Czech Republic in period 1994-2000. The 2-equation regional labor market models have been formulated. Based on the estimation derived from 2 equation system the regional labor market can be divided to the three problem groups. The authors recommend the differentiated approach to the particular regions belonging to the groups and to devote the attention to the problems in depressed and rural areas.
