Abstrakty

Artykuł jest próbą identyfikacji podstawowych uwarunkowań występujących w procesie finansowania małych firm technologicznych z uwzględnieniem ich specyfiki, w tym pewnych ograniczeń właściwych tego typu podmiotom jak i potencjalnych możliwości. Podjęto również próbę charakterystyki najważniejszych źródeł finansowania MFT oraz zasad ich wykorzystania. (skróc. oryg. streszcz.)

Small technology based firms represent a special type of business units active in the field of advanced technology. The most important feature that differentiates these firms from others is conversion of science into new technology. Presented article is an attempt to identify basic factors affecting the process of financing small technology based firms, among others certain limitations specific to this kind of business units and potential capabilities. An attempt was also undertaken to characterize the most important sources of financing small technology based firms and certain rules of their usage. (original abstract)
