Abstrakty

Przeanalizowano wielostronną rolę rachunkowości. Przeprowadzono dowód na to, że gospodarka towarowo-pieniężna jest ściśle powiązana z rachunkowością opartą na podwójnym zapisie.

The money goods economy is undoubtedly one of the greatest achievements of humanity. The benefits of this achievement could be greater if money and the nature of the economy were better understood. The current state of affairs is far from satisfactory, and the weaknesses of theory are evident and painfully felt in practice. Money arises as a result of a liability being recorded for work carried out by an employed person. Therefore, it is clear that the work of a policeman or teacher may be financed by its own value. Taking this feature of the money-goods economy into consideration enables pay in the budgetary sphere to be financed without the need to set up a tax system for this purpose. Pay expresses the contribution of each employee to GDP. (original abstract)
