Abstrakty

Przedstawiono główne problemy działania przedsiębiorstw w warunkach tzw. nowej ekonomii. Omówiono: różnorodność poglądów dotyczących nowej ekonomii, nowe perspektywy widzenia organizacji i zasady budowy modelu organizacji i zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w nowych warunkach gospodarowania.

Changing conditions - due to globalisation, development of IT, changes in customer expectations and behaviour, and increasing competition - pose strong challenges for new as well as and existing enterprises operating according to traditional rules. These trends compel companies not only to verify their management models, but also to make changes in the way they think about their organisations. In this article, the author draws attention to the basic problems of enterprise operations under the New Economy, such as:
- presentation of views on the New Economy,
- a new way of perceiving the organisation,
- rules for building an enterprise organisation and management model under new management conditions. The author uses an approach based on the organisation's “architecture”, the foundations of which are: technical and economic configuration, social configuration, and organisational configuration.
