Abstrakty

Przedstawiono praktyczne wykorzystanie autorskiej metodyki wdrożenia systemu ERP na przykładzie CDN Egeria oraz wskazano czynniki wpływające na jej efektywność i elastyczność. Omówiono zagadnienia związane ze specyfiką metodyk tworzonych i stosownych przez producentów oprogramowania na tle metodyk ogólnych.

Given that increasingly more enterprises and institutions representing various sectors of the economy are deciding to implement the ERP-class System, of the key importance is proper preparation and conduct of this process. The implementation methodologies, constituting a set of techniques and procedures used by implementation teams during the project implementation process, support the aforementioned activities. In this paper, the author presents an application of the implementation methodology of the ERP-class System based on the example of the CDN Egeria System implementation in an enterprise from the heating sector. The paper also includes a description of the implementation methodologies used by suppliers and partner firms of the five ERP-class System producers that in 2004 held the largest share in the market for systems of this class in Poland. Given the fact that most leading implementation methodologies are similar to one another, in describing the individual methodologies the author draws particular attention to the distinguishing elements.(original abstract)
