Abstrakty
Nadążanie za dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniem, wymaga odpowiedniego rozwijania prowadzonej działalności. Jednym z najważniejszych czynników wpływających na rozwój przedsiębiorstwa są innowacje produktowe i organizacyjne. W artykule zidentyfikowano korzyści, jakie osiągają przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne działające na terenie Polski w wyniku wprowadzania innowacji produktowych oraz organizacyjnych.
One of the main targets of every organization is to achieve profit. This is only possible to achieve, when the organization continuously adapts to the changing market conditions, by distinguishing itself among the competitors, as well as offering new products and services that would better comply with customers' requirements. Keeping the pace of the changes requires proper development of the organization and among different enabling factors, one of the most important are product and organisational innovations. The implementation of innovations enables to offer improved, more technically advanced and functional products, as well as provide new services, that better match die individual needs and expectations of die potential consumer. The actions that lead to the implementation of product or organizational innovation result in certain advantages that die company might achieve. The article investigates die possible outcomes of the research and development processes within the organisation. (original abstract)
