Abstrakty

Omówiono konsekwencje procesów migracyjnych, zarówno dla kraju przyjmującego, jak i kraju pochodzenia imigrantów. Zanalizowano sytuację imigrantów na rynku pracy i ich znaczenie w perspektywie niekorzystnych tendencji demograficznych występujących w większości krajów europejskich. Przedstawiono również wyniki analiz dotyczących oddziaływania imigrantów na wysokość płac, stan finansów publicznych i system emerytalny kraju przyjmującego.

In this paper consequences of migration processes were discussed. Situation of immigrants on labour market and their importance in perspective of demographic tendencies were presented. Also results of analysis concerning influence of immigrants on pay level, public finances and pension system were described. (KZ)
