Abstrakty
Złożoność relacji oraz różnorodność celów poszczególnych przedsiębiorstw powoduje, że bardzo trudno projektuje się i buduje łańcuchy dostaw, nawet w ramach określonej sieci przedsiębiorstw. Z tego powodu konfiguracja łańcucha dostaw staje się w ostatnich latach jednym z kluczowych elementów zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw. Można ją zdefiniować jako szczególny układ lub kombinację kluczowych elementów sieci przedsiębiorstw, obejmujących ich strukturę i mechanizmy integrujące, przepływ materiałów oraz informacji między i w ramach kluczowych jednostek operacyjnych, role i relacje między kluczowymi partnerami sieci oraz strukturę wartości dostarczanej usługi lub produktu. W artykule przedstawiono m.in. model DCOR będący narzędziem diagnostycznym do zarządzania projektowaniem łańcucha dostaw.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The configuration process is an arrangement of parts or elements that gives the whole its inherent form. It is more important to focus on the changes in a system than its total redesign. On account of a huge number of entities which can take part in a supply chain and the complexity of the relationships between them, the configuration process is multipronged and requires particular attention. With the reconfigurable system, new products and processes can supposedly be introduced with considerably less expense and ramp-up time. In this paper the issue of configuration and the features of the configurable system are presented. The background of a supply chain and decisions in the supply chain design are given. The Design Chain Operation Reference model is described too.(origina abstract)
