Abstrakty

W ostatnich latach stwierdzono znaczny wzrost wykorzystania elektronicznych aukcji zakupowych (EAZ). Przedstawiono wady i zalety stosowania aukcji zakupowych. Celem tego artykułu jest opisanie zasad zarządzania aukcji elektronicznej. Wyjaśniono motywy uczestnictwa w EAZ, ryzyko i czynniki sukcesu aukcji elektronicznej.

In recent years one has seen a significant increase in the use of electronic reverse auctions (ERA) in purchasing process. This was possible due to the process and cost savings which ERA created. Besides providing significant savings, ERAs also influence the buyer-supplier relationship. Unfortunately, this influence in numerous cases proves to be negative. These negative effects can be minimized by a proper management of electronic auction process. The aim of this article is to describe the rules of the management of electronic auction process, reasons for participation in ERA, risks and success factors of ERA.(original abstract)
