Przedstawiono możliwości, zakres, oraz uwarunkowania restytucji nieruchomości należących przed II wojną światową do osób prawnych żydowskiego wyznania. Omówiono podstawy prawne i podmioty postępowania restytucyjnego. Scharakteryzowano zasób nieruchomości restytucyjnych.

The author presents the possibilities, scope, and factors affecting the restitution of property that belonged to Jewish legal persons before the Second World War. The author looks at the restitution procedure and its effects on territories that belonged to Germany before the Second World War, as this process has already finished in Poland and an assessment of its results can be made. Furthermore, the author presents the subjects of the restitution procedure and the inventory of restituted property, giving a structural breakdown by type, ownership, and in terms of entry in the register of historic monuments. Additional information relates to use of real estate that has been built on, its surface area and land structure.(original abstract)
