Abstrakty

Artykuł prezentuje kluczowe kwestie związane z funkcjonowaniem szczególnej kategorii przedsiębiorstw, określanych jako firmy dynamiczne. Są to jednostki, tworzone przez ich właścicieli zazwyczaj z zamysłem działalności na większą skalę, a następnie osiągające ponadprzeciętną dynamikę wzrostu zatrudnienia i obrotów. Dokonując szacunku udziału firm dynamicznych w zatrudnieniu, sprzedaży i eksporcie w przemyśle przetwórczym, autor przedstawia implikacje ich funkcjonowania i rozwoju w sferze polityki gospodarczej państwa. The article presents the key matters connected with functioning of special category of enterprises, defined as dynamic firms. These subjects are created by their owners usually with intention of activity on larger scale, and then achieving more than average dynamic of growth of employment and turnover. Evaluating the share of dynamic firms in processing industry’s employment, sale and export, the author presents the implications of their functioning and development in the sphere of economic policy of state.
