Abstrakty
Giełdy w Szanghaju i Shenzhen powstały odpowiednio w latach 1990 i 1991.
In the 2006 year the financial assets of China grew up about 44%, what in impartial numbers was the largest growth in the world. The total assets exceeds 8,1 billion USD, what is treble bigger than this state GNP. China needs correctly acting capital market, which assures the stability of financial system. The present capitalization of stock exchanges of „the Greater China” (this notion defines the continental China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) is above 7 billion USD, and there are in total 3500 companies. The stock exchange in Shanghai and the Shenzhen were founded, respectively, in 1990 and 1991, and in 2005 was created a common index, representing 65% of market capitalization of both exchanges. The total capitalization of stock exchanges in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong places China on fourth position, after the USA, Japan and Great Britain. The author reminds the beginnings of exchanges and its dynamic development, indicating also some barriers which appear. In the future the capital market can assure the quicker development of the country, through better allocation and pricing of a capital, particularly in the SME and in the private service firms, which dynamic development restrains their lack of access to a capital. This requires, as the author’s analysis demonstrates, to deal with the „bad debts” and with the growth of financial burdens connected with social care. (original abstract)
