Przedstawiono tezę o wzajemnej zależności pomiędzy strukturą organizacji a osobowością jej znaczących członków. Przybliżono pojęcie "osobowość organizacji" w znaczeniu psychologicznym.

This article argues that organizational structure, interpersonal relationships and the personality of leaders are all closely connected. These factors strongly influence the crucial fields of communication, decision-making, and other practices typical for an organization. Based on the idea of organizational personality, the author looks at the relationship between organizational structure and the manager's personality. (original abstract)
