Abstrakty

Omówiono praktyki ochrony i odnowy zabytków w Polsce w świetle określonych międzynarodowych standardów. Przedstawiono jak dalece polska praktyka odbiega od norm międzynarodowych, jakie są przyczyny ewentualnych odchyleń i jakie mogą być ich konsekwencje dla polskiego zasobu nieruchomości zabytkowych.

In the elaboration author undertakes problem of practice of revaluation of antique objects in Poland and of collation her with obligatory international standards in this to sphere. In the first part of article author concentrates on discussion of international settlements that regulate sphere of protection and renovations of antique real estate. These regulations are leaning on rich theoretical output from spheres of architecture and preservation of monuments. The most important of settlements are contained in Athens Card from 1931 and Venetian Card from 1964. After introduction of current theoretical aspects author discus problems connected with protection and renovation of monuments in Poland. Empirical side of work is leaning on literature professional and own research. Author places following questions: how far real course of process of antique real estate renovation runs away from course of model process?, what are the conditions and mechanisms causing mentioned deviations and which one can have consequences for antique objects?, what changes are necessary to minimize results of such deviations?
