Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest określenie jakościowych kryteriów wykorzystywanych w ocenie więzi międzyorganizacyjnych. Osiągnięcie tego celu polega z jednej strony na zwięzłym przeglądzie dorobku literaturowego w tym zakresie, a następnie konfrontacji z danymi empirycznymi wielokrotnej więzi banku z jego placówkami partnerskimi. Inter-organizational relationships have been one of the focal topics within the field of strategic management. Our understanding of their structure, governance, and dynamics is still growing. Yet the issues of control and assessment have been relatively under--researched. This study seeks to fill this gap by validating the extant literature with respect to a qualitative assessment. It suggests that there are three elements of qualitative assessment: attitude, trust, and the process of interacting. Furthermore the study findings suggest that qualitative assessment is a good indicator of inter-organizational relationship durability; efficiency criteria do not provide such information.
