Abstrakty

Dokonano charakterystyki ryzyka współpracy w outsourcingu, obejmującej głównie rodzaje ryzyka, postawy uczestników transakcji wobec ryzyka, czynniki wpływające na powstanie oraz sposoby redukowania tego ryzyka. Podkreślono także znaczenie odpowiednich regulacji w umowie pomiędzy zleceniodawcą i wykonawcą powierzonych zadań.

In terms of cooperation, outsourcing risk concerns primarily either the non--execution or incomplete execution of cooperation terms. Risk depends fundamentally on the regulations in the agreement with a contractor. Such regulations constitute the relationships between partners, the conditions of adjustment of their tasks and infrastructure to the cooperation as well as the changes of internal and external terms of cooperation. The objective of this paper is to characterize cooperation risk in outsourcing, and look especially at the following issues: risk types, contractors' attitudes to that risk, its determinants, and tools for reducing it. The last section emphasises the importance of writing appropriate regulations into the agreement with the contractor.(original abstract)
