Omówiono zagadnienie zarządzania wiedzą w aspekcie ontologicznym i procesowym w funkcjonowaniu jednostek administracji publicznej.

This paper presents the main ideas, basic architecture and possible impact of knowledge management systems on the quality of services provided by a public administration institution. It proposes a knowledge management framework that integrates multiple information technologies to collect, analyze, and manage information and knowledge for supporting decision making. The framework will help identify the information needs and provide decision-makers with useful relief recommendations based on past experience. A comprehensive, consistent and authoritative knowledge base within the framework will facilitate knowledge sharing and re-use. (original abstract)
