Zaprezentowano istotę strategii konkurowania czasem, w szczególności koncepcję szybkiego wytwarzania (QRM) oraz systemu autoryzowanych kart (POLCA). Przedstawiono procedurę wdrażania systemu POLCA w przedsiębiorstwie na przykładzie firmy Olsen.

In this article, the authors present the essence and meaning of time-based competition strategy, with particular focus on Quick Response Manufacturing and Paired-Cell Overlapping Loops of Cards with Authorization. Next, they describe the procedure for implementing the POLCA system in an enterprise. In the last part of the article, the discussed issues are illustrated with a practical example. The authors identify the practical aspects of applying the POLCA system.(original abstract)
