Abstrakty

Wyjaśniono pojecie procesu. Omówiono perspektywy postrzegania procesu oraz zasadnicze procesy, jakie składają się na działalność przedsiębiorstwa. Opisano identyfikacje procesu ze względu na zaangażowani i role jednostek organizacyjnych wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych. Przedstawiono scenariusz tworzenia modelu procesu oraz poziom konkretyzacji modelu poprzez opisanie zasad dekompozycji.

Management of a process demands creating its model. In practice we mainly use two categories of models. The first one contains demonstrative models that show the diagram of the process graphically, the other - precisely defined models that are used as a base for computer process control. The idea of logistic process modelling described by the author aims at enabling the design of models for management needs. Therefore basic elements of the model are the units involved in the process and the scope of tasks that are accomplished in the process. (original abstract)
