W artykule przybliżono metody pracy zespołowej w aspekcie wdrażania ISO 9001. Omówiono podstawowe powody, dla których tworzy się zespoły. Zaprezentowano kilka metod pracy zespołowej.

Quality management systems, based on ISO 9001 standard, are popular management way in Poland, Europe and the world. Advantages obtained after application of management based on system and process approaches are one of the reason of great popularity of these systems. These profits are almost certain, however they can appear only when ISO 9001 system was correctly implemented and then permanently improved. In order to do it, the workers knowledge should be utilized. Collective works can be helpful in this case. These methods are not commonly used. Therefore this work presents proposals of selected methods of collective works application to optimization of jobs of teams implementing quality management systems according to ISO 9001. The analysis of possibilities of application of collective works method can be a signal showing the possibility of these methods application for effective system implementation. Imposition of the specified methods for specific stages of process implementation is not the aim of this analysis. The persons responsible for system implementation should decide about it. In is necessary to remember that skilful application of collective work methods on individual implementation stages can be helpful for efficient and effective system implementation and then for increase of probability of obtaining advantage from this enterprise.
