Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono analizę amortyzacji jako instrumentu wykorzystywanego w sterowaniu działalnością inwestycyjną przedsiębiorstw. Omówiono bilansowe aspekty amortyzacji oraz scharakteryzowano odpisy amortyzacyjne na potrzeby strategicznego rachunku kosztów.

The companies operating in the competitive market are obligated to invest. However, it requires to possess appropriate funds. One of the internal fund's sources is a depreciation. In the literature, the depreciation is an element of the accounting policy. The accounting policy divides the depreciation on the depreciation charges in financial accounting and the depreciation charges in the strategic cost accounting. If we distinguish these two depreciation charges, we can prepare the proper depreciation account and it enables us to present the cash flow of the depreciation charges within the depreciation account. The article presents the role of the depreciation charges in the strategic cost accounting and in financial accounting. (original abstract)
