Abstrakty

Wprowadzono pojęcie organizacji zwinnej. Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące zwinności firm przeprowadzone wśród 1562 respondentów – przedstawicieli kierownictwa przedsiębiorstw z wielu branż. Wskazano na związek między uczeniem się organizacji a elastycznością.

The paper presents the concept of learning organization. Attention is focused not so much on the learning organization concept but more on the exploitation options of that concept in strategic management. When organizations operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment, the speed at which they operate is important, as is the need to be flexibile. The organizational learning processes increases an organization's flexibility potential.(original abstract)
