Abstrakty

Wdrożenie controllingu w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach znacznie usprawnia proces zarządzania i wpływa na ich wyższą konkurencyjność. Omówiono założenia controllingu oraz model procesu controllingu w małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwie. Przedstawiono działalność kancelarii doradztwa podatkowego, ewolucję jej produktów oraz opisano usługę controllingu podatkowego.

The study presents the principles of performing the services of controlling for the clients of a tax consultancy office. To meet the market's requirements, small and medium-sized enterprises implement the management systems that have been so far functioning in large companies. The growing popularity of outsourcing and globalization processes considerably affect the change in the approach to the services rendered by a tax consultancy office. The clients of the offices entrust them with new duties relating also to controlling. It results in a necessity of constructing relevant executive standards. The study includes a practical model of controlling for small and medium-sized enterprises based upon the author's experience. The specificity of tax advisers' activity, their corporate mission and confidentiality obligation, and also access to client's data from the accounting books kept by the office facilitate the outsourcing of the discussed services in a natural way. The tax aspect of controlling is of particular importance due to considerable complexity of fiscal regulations for small and medium-sized enterprises. (original abstract)
