Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zjawiska aliansów kooperacyjnych między przedsiębiorstwami farmaceutycznymi a biotechnologicznymi i bioinformatycznymi w oparciu o przeprowadzoną analizę z zastosowaniem teorii gier oraz z wykorzystaniem badań ekonometrycznych. Przedstawiono model kooperacji między przedsiębiorstwami farmaceutycznymi a biotechnologicznymi i bioinformatycznymi przeznaczony dla małych i średnich firm.

In the field of new research medicines, biotechnologies sector has many achievements in pharmaceutical industry. In order to find mil new solutions in medicine production, the pharmaceutical enterprises create alliances With small and medium biotechnological and bioinformatic enterprises. Paper presents the phenomenon of creation the cooperative alliances between pharmaceutical, biotechnological and bioinformatic enterprises with support from the analysis of games theory and econometric researches results. Presented model of the games theory and econometric researches results assures the development of biotechnology and bioinformatic enterprises with scientific cooperation of pharmaceutical enterprises in scientific and research area in the field of innovation medicine and generic drugs.
