Zaprezentowano koncepcję obsługi transportowej Mistrzostw EURO 2012. Przedstawiono inwestycje w zakresie modernizacji linii kolejowych, których realizację zaplanowano na lata 2007-2013.

The preparation of EURO 2012 Championship will imply more than 100 thousands new places of work, the acceleration of investment capital rate and increase of foreign investment volume. The adventure success will rely among others on service domestic and foreign passengers by public transport. The share of railway transport in long-distance and agglomeration travels should be significant. The location of football stadiums seems to be propitious prospects. It requires not only considerable acceleration of railway lines and station modernization, in particular all of them directly connected with passenger service but rolling stock replacement or modernization as well. The conception of transport service during EURO 2012 Championship and some projects planned for realization within the framework of operational programs and within public-private partnership have been presented in the paper.(original abstract)
