Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest ukazanie ekonomicznej wagi jednego z głównych czynników produkcji, jakim jest ziemia. W literaturze nie docenia się, wręcz abstrahuje od właściwości tego czynnika, zawierających się w zróżnicowanych rentach, stopie substytucji, ograniczoności zasobu, wartości środowiska, a przede wszystkim w przymusie konsumpcji żywności i jego determinantach. Stąd też zrodziła się potrzeba uzupełnienia tej luki. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of the article is to show the economic importance one of the main production's factors, which is the earth. In many publications is making no mention of earth's properties, which are expressed in differentiated rents, the substitution, limitation of the resource, value of the environment, and first of all - in the compulsion of the food's consumption and its determinants. Authors analyse in what way the problem of the earth's rents and importance of the earth's factor in reproduction's process are been solved. The essential is the remark, that without active fiscal policy is not able compensation of the natural weakness of the agriculture in the face of its not agricultural partners, what is the result of the earth's properties.
