Abstrakty

W pracy przedstawiono nasilenie występowania zjawiska szachownicy gruntów w układzie obszarowym i sektorowym. Analizy oparto na materiałach Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego w Warszawie. Z badań wynika, że większe nasilenie zjawiska szachownicy gruntów występuje w rolnictwie sektora publicznego niż prywatnego. Szachownica gruntów jest dodatnio skorelowana z obszarem gospodarstw oraz ujemnie odległością pól od gospodarstwa. Negatywnie należy ocenić nakładanie się w Polsce rozdrobnienia strukturalnego na fragmentację gruntów. (abstrakt oryginalny)

One of the worst phenomenon of Polish agriculture is the land fragmentation, which negatively affect the rational management of the land as a factor of agricultural production, and rational organisation of the plant production. The recognition of the problem is very necessary, because of massive occurrence of the land fragmentation, the lack of progress in its liquidation, and possibilities to get a support for land consolidation from EU sources. The paper present the land fragmentation in acreage, spatial and sector set, its frequency and scale of land fragmentation. The analyses were founded on the data from Main Statistical Office in Warsaw. It is possible to conclude from the researches that the greater frequency of land fragmentation is observed in the public sector of agriculture than in the private one. Very negative phenomenon observed in Poland is that the land fragmentation is overlapping on the so called agrarian fragmentation. The land fragmentation is positively correlated to the farm acreage, and negatively to distances between farms and land plots. (original abstract)
